How we work

Kick-Off Meeting

Our initial kick-off meeting establishes our collaboration foundation, covering team introductions, setting objectives with KPIs and timelines, assigning responsibilities, defining meeting and reporting structures, and agreeing on next steps.

Check Ins

Our (bi-)weekly check-ins, tailored to your preferences and potentially conducted virtually or in-person, focus on reporting current status, reviewing performance, brainstorming, and addressing any mutual inputs or concerns.

Retros

Our retrospectives for longer-term projects, scheduled periodically (e.g., monthly, quarterly), offer a chance to step back and evaluate the bigger picture, discussing successes, areas for improvement, key learnings, and revisiting major milestones and objectives.

Reporting

Our regular reporting, in addition to check-ins, is delivered through your preferred communication channel. It includes an overview of main KPIs tailored to your needs, updates on changes, key learnings and action plans, identification of bottlenecks or challenges, next steps, and a Q&A section.

Communication

We support smooth communication, especially in remote work environments, using multiple channels: Slack for collaborative discussions, email for formal matters, Loom for asynchronous complex issue resolution, Notion for tracking documents and notes, and Pitch for creating, collaborating on, and sharing presentations.
